Join us for an intimate evening of sound, reflection, and nervous system restoration beneath the energy of the Full Buck Moon in Aquarius.

This lunar cycle invites us to reconnect with our authentic selves, release what no longer aligns, and expand our vision for the future. As the moon illuminates what is ready to be seen, we are offered an opportunity to pause, listen inward, and create space for what is emerging.

Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed with a Blue Lotus Tea Latte, a ceremonial botanical traditionally used to support relaxation, introspection, and meditation. You'll then settle into your thoughtfully prepared mat space, complete with a blanket and eye mask, allowing yourself time to unwind and arrive fully.

The experience will begin with a grounding meditation before transitioning into a deeply restorative Hypnotic Sound™ journey led by Daksha Franklin, Registered Nurse, Certified Hypnotherapist, and founder of AMRA LIGHT. Combining therapeutic sound, guided hypnosis, and meditation, this experience is designed to help quiet mental chatter, calm the nervous system, and access deeper levels of clarity and insight.

Following the sound bath, guests will be guided through reflective journaling and integration facilitated by Nadi Moss, Certified Life Coach, creating space to capture insights, intentions, and next steps inspired by the evening.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No, not at all. Hypnosis is simply a guided state of deep relaxation and focused awareness. You remain conscious, aware, and fully in control the entire time. You can open your eyes, adjust your body, or stop participating whenever you choose.

  • You’re welcome exactly as you are. Many participants attend their first session feeling curious, skeptical, or unsure of what to expect. No experience is required, and there is nothing you need to do or perform.

  • Every nervous system responds differently. Some participants experience deep physical relaxation, emotional release, or mental clarity. Others simply rest and sometimes even snooze. All experiences are valid, and there is no “right” way to receive the session.

  • Emotional responses can naturally arise when the nervous system begins to soften. You are always supported and free to move, breathe, or simply rest through whatever arises. Sharing is never required.

  • Absolutely! Falling asleep is very common and often a sign that your body feels safe enough to rest deeply. Your subconscious mind can still receive the therapeutic benefits of sound and hypnotic language.

  • Supportive props such as yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, and eye masks are provided. You’re welcome to bring water or a journal if you’d like to reflect after the session.
