For quality assurance and training purposes, some sessions may be recorded with your explicit consent. All session documentation and recordings are maintained in accordance with healthcare privacy standards and professional ethics guidelines.

You may not share, distribute, record, reproduce, create derivative works from, use for commercial purposes, or transfer these materials to third parties. All materials must be used in accordance with these terms and any additional usage guidelines provided.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through mediation first, followed by binding arbitration if necessary. The arbitration will be conducted in California in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles County, California, unless another location is mutually agreed upon.
