Embodied Becoming is a gentle, immersive sound bath experience designed to help your nervous system soften, regulate, and integrate the growth you’ve already been moving through.
Led by Daksha Franklin, Registered Nurse, Certified Trauma-Informed Clinical Hypnotist, and Founder of AMRA LIGHT, this intimate experience blends gentle hypnosis techniques, guided relaxation, and therapeutic sound to support deep rest, emotional release, and nervous system restoration in a safe and supportive environment.
Throughout the experience, you’ll be gently guided into a deeply relaxed, receptive state while sound frequencies help slow brainwave activity, quiet mental noise, and support the body’s natural ability to regulate and restore.
You remain fully aware and in control throughout the experience and are always free to adjust or rest in whatever way feels most comfortable to you.
Many participants describe the experience as a profound exhale — a space where tension softens, clarity returns, and the body remembers what safety feels like.
This experience is intentionally limited to 10 participants to preserve a calm, intimate container where each participant can feel supported, comfortable, and fully at ease.

What to Expect:

• Gentle welcome and check-in
• Choose your mat and get comfortable with supportive props provided
6:15 PM · Opening Grounding
• Brief orientation and intention setting
6:20 - 7:20 PM · Hypnotic Sound™ Experience
• Guided relaxation and hypnosis
• Therapeutic sound immersion
7:20 - 7:30 PM · Integration & Closing
• Quiet reorientation and grounding
• Optional journaling, reflection, or simply resting before departure

Yoga mats, blankets, and eye masks will be provided.
